I offer 1:1 coaching in person (Dublin 18) or online via Zoom. I also host live group coaching online.
Having me work alongside you as your personal wellbeing coach will allow you to:

♥ Allow yourself to feel your feelings instead of feeding them.
♥ Soothe your nervous system with healing breathwork.
♥ Find a movement practice that helps you to release emotion and makes you feel good.
♥ Learn to accept yourself as you are, know your worth and honour your needs daily.
♥ Let go of self-limiting beliefs & emotions that don’t serve you e.g. fear, guilt, shame, helplessness, unworthiness.
♥ Quieten down your harsh inner critic with loving self-compassion.
♥ Reclaim your time & energy and safeguard your inner peace.
A Total Wellbeing Coaching Program typically requires six to eight coaching sessions spread out over a 2-4 month time period. This can vary and extend according to the clients needs.
