About Elsa
Total Wellbeing Coaching
Since 2010 I’ve built up a successful practice working with clients to help them improve their overall wellbeing. As an accredited coach, I work alongside the client to help them identify which areas are out of balance and need attention, this can include various aspects of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. When we think of health, we often just think of physical health e.g. weight, fitness, blood pressure etc. but I’m a big believer that our mental and emotional health are just as important to our overall wellbeing.
We need to take care of all aspects in order to live a balanced and happy life. Hence why I take an integrated approach with my clients to help them improve their overall health and wellbeing. I do this by helping them to tune out from all of the external ‘wellness noise’ and connect inwards to identify how they truly want to feel, what is holding them back and what will help them get there.
I’m a big believer in continuous practitioner development to help me personally grow and evolve and to serve my clients better. In 2010, after 3 years of training, I graduated with a Higher Diploma in Nutritional therapy which is the comprehensive study of Nutritional Science and Therapeutics. Since then, I have continuously built upon my knowledge and skill set with accredited training and qualifications in a variety of wellness modalities including; Transformative Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindful Eating, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and active breathwork. As such, I am able to equip my clients with a variety of powerful tools to support their physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. A particular area of interest is helping clients build self-worth and nurture a more positive relationship with food, body and self.

My Coaching Style
The goal of my Wellbeing Coaching Program is to help clients deepen self-awareness in order to develop self-care habits that align with their true wants and desires. Using professional coaching techniques, I empower clients to discern what their needs are and develop practical ways to take care of their personal needs. This may include:
♥ Being more mindful & intentional with our day to day choices
♥ Improving our self-talk and reframing unhelpful thoughts
♥ Achieving more balance in our diet
♥ Finding a movement practice that feels good in our bodies
♥ Learning how to set boundaries internally and with others
♥ Prioritising our sleep & rest
♥ Building self-esteem
A Balanced, Integrative Approach
Real self-care integrates four key dimensions of well-being: the mind (mental/psychological), the body (physical), the heart (emotional), and spirit (spiritual/essence). Hyper focusing on one area whilst neglecting others is common, I see this a lot with clients who think that if they eat perfectly then everything else will fall into place, but it’s only one part of the picture. It’s not that focusing heavily on one area of health is wrong per se, it’s just an incomplete approach that yields limited results. I’m a big believer in looking at the big picture when it comes to living a balanced and fulfilled life. This can look different for everyone and requires regular adjustments to maintain a happy balance. If you’d like support finding your balance, consider a 1:1 coaching session or join my Empowered Eaters Group.
